About the Company

AS Tallinna Karastusjoogid (Tallinn Soft Drinks Ltd Co) is a private limited company, founded with Estonian capital, which was established in 1991 by the employees of the former Estonian Experimental Soft Drinks Factory, yet it has a history that goes back to the year 1896.

AS Tallinna Karastusjoogid is the parent company, located in Tallinn, its main business being the coordination of the activities of its subsidiaries, AS Viru Joogid and AS Valtu Vein, and the marketing of the soft and alcoholic drinks manufactured by the aforementioned companies. AS Tallinna Karastusjoogid is also the owner of all the registered trademarks used by the subsidiaries for the marketing of the manufactured drinks.

One of the subsidiaries, AS Viru Joogid, is based in Jõhvi and mostly manufactures lemonades, syrups, small beer (kvass), long drinks and ciders.

Another subsidiary, AS Valtu Vein, is located in the vicinity of Rapla, in the township of Kaerepere, mostly concerned with fruit and berry wines, ciders and vodka.

AS Tallinna Karastusjoogid owns and operates two wholesale centres, located at the manufacturing units in Jõhvi and Kaerepere. These centres are used as the core of a sales network covering the republic as a whole. Clients can order the required products from the wholesale centres either by phone or by contacting our sales representatives paying regular visits to the shops. Vehicles operated by AS Tallinna Karastusjoogid deliver goods to the customers.
